Works with my company gmail, regular gmail and hotmail no prob. I love the push notifications, configurations (inbox, sender, subject...) and the schedule. Occationally the appz needs to be restarted but it notifies you of that as well!

Josh I very responsive to feature requests and bug reports. And the program filter are not the most flexible, but Im able to get different notifications for different folders in my Exchange account (via secure IMAP) which helps in my off-hours work tremendously. And, most importantly for me, this does NOT require you to forward your emails to an intermediate server!

This app only works when it feels like it. Support was available but not super helpful.

I downloaded this before going to bed last night, configured everything, and then rebooted my iPhone 4... At about 3:00 am it went totally bezerk, it was in a constant state of vibration and telling me my "Alerts" email account had emails... I had to to a hard reset on my phone to make it stop, there were that many pop up messages... When it finally booted, I had a total of ZERO emails in my "Alert" account. After letting it run all day, it only seemed to work now and then, and still my "Alert" account was acting up, messages popping up telling me I had email when there was none... and this is a Gmail account. It doesnt seem to take many apps running to make this app fail... I hope more bug fixes are in the future... Ill play with it some more and see how it goes, its a great idea, much better than just one tone for all emails!

Fun. Lots of sound effects to chose from. But only works somewhat. Not reliable if you NEED to know when mail arrives. Tends to shut down for unknown reasons. I get notices that iPad is running low on memory (when its not). Sometimes it tells me the accounts are not configured properly, when nothing has changed.

The features are great and, more important, the support is excellent! Im not the brightest when it comes to installing apps, and when I experienced a "duh" moment, Josh was right there to answer my super-dumb questions. What a huge relief it is to know someone is at the other end of my email who actually cares--customer service, and then some. I highly recommend this app! Its easy to install and works like a charm.

I have an iPhone 4 but I used to have use blackberries so I was excited to install this app but it was a huge disappointment! It always says my phone is running low on memory even if its not running much apps. Then when it works, it only notifies on some emails but not others. Always need to shut down after a couple hours. Fail!

Definitely worth it if you need to actually hear your email notifications or are uses to a blackberry. The pop up is super helpful too. The shutting down automatically problem seems to have disappeared with a new update (although even before it was better than the stock notifications). If you are having it shut down you are probably running 15 apps in the background that you arent using. Just turn them off and all your apps will work better (google it if you dont know how. It is easy). Also, support was amazing! Ridiculously fast reply. Buy this app if you need to be properly notified of email and respond quickly.

Here are a couple of reason that I am uninstalling. This will be a good app when some of the bugs are worked out. 1- only works about half the time. Not very reliable if you are using your phone for business. As a result, you end up spending more time checking email just in case you missed one. 2- loves to eat the battery, even when Polling every 20 mins or so.

This app runs perfectly, you just need to get the settings right. I use it every day and it works. It is worth the 4.99.

... now it crashes all the time on my iPhone 4/IOS 5.1.1. Wont play sounds, wont flash updates. I really hope this gets fixed soon!

I am not happy.

Except that this program drains my battery and cut my battery time in half. The settings are not very good labeled. Have to try out a lot. Some stuff is disturbing. When its working its working good. Look forward to updates. The price is way to high. I regret the buy half way.

After switching from blackberry to iPhone I really missed notification profiles. I thought this app had solved my issues, but it crashes periodically and i cannot rely on it. Buyers regret.

For those who miss the Priority alerting of Blackberries for mail, this will easily fill that gap! Get this !

This app is simply wonderful, it works as stated, easy to set up.If you own a pebble smart watch this app is a must, just switch on in the app to send to Pebble, and messages go to your watch. The support you get from the developer is fantastic. This is the best money I have spent on a app.I strongly recommend you buy the full version.

This software is everything it says it is. I work for a 50 hospital group and the iPhone native mail app cannot handle filters based on subject. Because of this, I could not receive time critical alerts. Now, I can sleep well because I know eNotify will wake me if I receive an urgent email bearing "! 911!" in the subject.

I work as an emergency manager for a provincial ambulance system and we have begun to use this great software for launching emergency notifications of urgent emails after hours and when iPhone is turned to silent. Almost thought we would have to migrate back to a BlackBerry to regain this capability, but thankfully someone came up with an app to fill in the extreme shortcomings of the iPhones native notification settings. Thanks for this great app!
