Not reliable

I wanted to use this to alert when on-call, like a pager, but it isnt reliable and I miss the alerts. Several emails with the programmer netting nothing useful. I sent several ideas to improve this product that was in another product that was removed from service. But it seems that unreliable is the best this will be.

Does what I need

This app does what I need it to, but the record your own sound isnt working and the over use o the app is rather clunky and kind of confusing. Also at the time of this review when using Outlook emails it will not alert if the email isnt routed to the inbox and gets diverted to a different folder.

STINKS

What a waste of time and money

Unreliable

Crashes to often, constantly looses connection with pebble steel.

Great App.

Very reliable and stable as needed for work ! Good job.

Not working

With the latest apple update, this program has stopped working.

Broken under iOS9

The moment you upgrade to iOS9, this app will entirely stop working: It will consistently and instantly crash upon launch. As of Sept 19, 2015, its DOA. Lets hope its revived (that is, updated) extremely soon.

Great app when it works

The best mail app I use every day but iOS update makes the app crash.please fix

Needs an update

This app needs a update for iOS 9 keeps crashing on load.

Not reliable

This app appears to not work well with iOS 9. Background app refresh does not appear to be working. App only works when left running in foreground.

Works well, with some iOS caveats

We use this for alert monitoring. We use Exchange, so I had to jump through a couple hoops. Ill list what I did here, it might help you. - I had to set up a separate mailbox which receives the alerts in its inbox and point eNotify to that mailbox. (Exchange doesnt do notification for messages moved to a folder by a rule.) - When you start your phone, open eNotify and turn it off, then force close the app. Open it back up and turn it on. This solved any issues I had with alerts. iOS is really picky about how things run in the background. All in all a great and useful app.

Beware

This app constantly tracks you and info is shared with telemarketers.

App Needs More Work

I was looking for a replacement for Awayfind and was deeply disappointed. This app needs more work or simply isnt robust enough for my needs. The issue for me is that it only allows one (1) priority notification from one target email at a time. Thank you though. I wish you good luck.

Sounds to alert you

This great App lets you choose emails , sender, account to alert you with your choice of sounds for each specific situation you would need to be alerted to immediately (pushed to you). Also , what apple never bothered to set up, this App will do for you : alert you when the battery runs low ( you select the % at which the sound will be triggered ) - GREAT JOB This app also allows to record your own sound effects for perfect personalization. The support response to any questions is within a few hours & solves any problems that may occur due to IOS updates - 5 stars

Provides filtering for email like Blackberry used to.

Get it now!

Has potential

Nice that this app overrides the "silent" switch. App needs improvement from a filtering perspective. For example, if I want an alert to fire when "Assist Rapid Response" I will get an alert on ANY email that has any of the words in it. It also appears it doesnt matter what email FROM you set as it only looks at the words in the profile to alert on. Support website has no examples for clarification as well. This app has potential.

20th century technology

Not much better than using the iPhones VIP list to control notifications to watch (in my case, Pebble). No evidence of dynamic learning, or anything more than pattern matching on senders, subjects. Pebble watch app has no ability to actually manage email - can dismiss eNotification, but still must go and handle email. You end up having to touch email 3 places: watch, the eNotify app, and the actual mail app. Maybe four, with phone notifications. Perhaps worth it if you are on call, need to respond ASAP to email from certain customers. Not worth it to me, as a way of handling email overload. Would be more useful if it could handle text messages. Drains battery, both on iPhone and on Pebble watch. Overall: dont waste your money.

App not working

I have not been able to get this app to work as advertised. I cannot find any instructions, or examples of how to make it work. I have paid $4.99 for an app that does not work. Very unhappy.

Finally Had to Delete App

Going back to my original rating of 1 star of less. Support did get my questions answered and I was able to get the app to work for maybe 1 day. Since then the app has stopped working more than it has stayed working and now I simply can’t get it to work reliably at all.. I have removed the app all together and just gone back to VIP in IOS. I am using a iPhone6 plus and the problem I have run into now are. 1. when on silent the totally doesn’t work 2. When the app triggers in the middle of a call initiated by the iPhone the other person can no longer hear the conversation and the call needs to reinitiated. 3. The scheduling doesn’t work 4. The app will not override silent setting on phone.
